These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the Karbeslimo platform available at karbeslimo.biz. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any payment.

1. Scope and Applicability

These Payment Terms apply to all users who purchase, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain paid access to any product, course, session, learning path, or service offered through Karbeslimo. These terms form part of the broader agreement between you and Karbeslimo and supplement any applicable Terms of Service or User Agreement.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Karbeslimo accepts payment through a variety of commonly used methods, which may include credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment instruments supported by our third-party payment processors. The available payment methods may vary depending on your region and the specific service purchased. Karbeslimo reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment service providers. Karbeslimo does not directly store full payment card details on its servers. By submitting payment information, you authorize Karbeslimo and its designated payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

3. Pricing and Fees

All prices displayed on the platform are quoted in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of purchase. Karbeslimo reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscriptions until the current billing cycle ends, unless otherwise stated.

Promotional prices, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to their own terms and expiry conditions. They cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted and cannot be applied retroactively to completed transactions.

4. Billing and Subscription Cycles

4.1 One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases, the full amount is charged at the time of the transaction. Access to the purchased content or service is granted upon successful confirmation of payment.

4.2 Recurring Subscriptions

Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis — weekly, monthly, or annually — depending on the plan selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Karbeslimo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee.

You will receive advance notice before any significant change to your subscription price takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fee.

4.3 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is applied during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically transition to the selected paid plan and your payment method will be charged accordingly, unless you cancel before the trial expires. Karbeslimo reserves the right to limit free trial eligibility to one per user or account.

5. Taxes and Duties

Depending on your location and applicable regulations, taxes such as value-added tax, goods and services tax, or similar levies may be applied to your purchase. Where required, these amounts will be displayed at checkout prior to completing payment. You are solely responsible for any additional duties, levies, or taxes imposed by your local jurisdiction that are not collected by Karbeslimo at the point of sale.

6. Failed and Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, Karbeslimo may attempt to process the transaction again within a reasonable period. Access to services may be suspended or restricted if payment cannot be successfully collected. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid, has sufficient funds, and is kept up to date in your account settings.

In the event of a failed renewal payment for a subscription, Karbeslimo will notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to update your payment information before access is terminated.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 General Refund Policy

7.2 Subscription Cancellations

7.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law: completed one-time session fees, purchases where the digital content has been fully accessed or downloaded, and any fees associated with customized or personalized learning plans that have been initiated.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in billing, you must contact Karbeslimo at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Karbeslimo will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes promptly. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. Karbeslimo reserves the right to contest chargebacks that it believes are not valid.

9. Currency and Exchange Rates

Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments. Karbeslimo is not responsible for any additional costs arising from currency conversion. The final amount charged to your payment method may differ slightly from the displayed price due to such conversions.

10. Account Credits and Balances

Karbeslimo may, at its discretion, issue account credits as compensation, adjustments, or promotions. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and expire as specified at the time of issuance. Credits will be applied automatically to eligible future transactions and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly permitted.

11. Fraud Prevention

Karbeslimo employs measures to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Payment Terms. In such cases, affected accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Karbeslimo is not liable for any losses resulting from fraudulent use of your account by a third party.

12. Modifications to Payment Terms

Karbeslimo reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date. Your continued use of paid services following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue use of paid services before they take effect.
